• | 1/4 oz.The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. chamomile syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1/4 oz. Electrico Fino Sherry |
• | Dash of aquafaba (chickpea brine) |

Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with blend of ground dehydrated citrus peels and chamomile tea (chamomile flower optional). |
