• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. Chinese five-spice syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 5 basil leaves |
• | pineapple wedge (for garnish) |

1. | Combine ingredients into mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour into a bucket. Garnish with a pineapple slice and serve. |
