| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |

| Method: | |
| 1. | Infuse tequila with one cup of black peppercorns for one day. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel. |
