• | 1/2 oz. Aperol |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 2 dashes Angostura® orange bitters |
• | 1 dash Angostura® aromatic bitters |

1. | Add White Peach puree, Aperol, St. Germain and Angostura® aromatic & Orange bitters to a mixing glass. Stir and strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. |
