Angostura

    • 4 oz. sparkling wine
    • 1/2 oz. Aperol
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • 2 dashes Angostura® orange bitters
    • 1 dash Angostura® aromatic bitters
Method:
1. Add White Peach puree, Aperol, St. Germain and Angostura® aromatic & Orange bitters to a mixing glass. Stir and strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
