| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Green apple slices for garnish |
| • | 1 Gläce Luxury Ice Mariko sphere |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Place Mariko ice sphere into a martini glass and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except garnish into a Boston Shaker with regular ice. Shake and strain into martini glass over Mariko ice sphere. Garnish with green apple slices. Serve. |
