| • | 3/4 oz. Savory & James Manzanilla Sherry |
| • | Pellegrino (to top) |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Puree Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. sugar |
| • | 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice |
| • | 1 cup crushed iced |
| • | Pineapple leaves (garnish) |
Method: | |
| Combine sugar and concentrate to make syrup. Then shake all ingredients, except garnish and Pellegrino, and pour over crushed ice. Top with Pellegrino. Garnish with pineapple leaves. | |
