| • | 1 1/2 oz. Dry Sack® | 
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Gran Duque de Alba Spanish Brandy® | 
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Fill a metal shaker tin with ice, strain out melted ice and fill with liquid. | 
| 2. | Stir 33 times and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been rinsed with chilled Cherry Heering. | 
| 3. | Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. |
