Barely Cherried Sherry Sour1 drink |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Dry Sack® |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Gran Duque de Alba Spanish Brandy® |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
Method: | |
1. | Fill a metal shaker tin with ice, strain out melted ice and fill with liquid. |
2. | Stir 33 times and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been rinsed with chilled Cherry Heering. |
3. | Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. |
