• | 1 oz. Bacardi Superior |
• | 1 1/4 oz. Bacardi 8 |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3 dashes Amargo Chuncho bitters |
• | 1 oz. lime juice |
• | 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1) |
• | Half a pineapple wheel or 1 mint sprig (garnish) |

1. | Add crushed ice to a highball glass. Then add all ingredients, proceed to swizzle. Add crushed ice to top off glass and swizzle again. Garnish with half pineapple wheel or mint sprig. Add straw to enjoy. |
