| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 2 dashes orange bitters |
| • | 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika |

| Combine ingredients (except smoked paprika) into a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Sprinkle in smoked paprika with a bar spoon. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve. | |
