| • | 2 oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. Vanilla Bean Grenadine |
| • | 5 mint leaves (muddle) |
| Method: | |
| In a mixing glass add fresh lemon juice, Vanilla Bean Grenadine and 5-6 mint leaves. Muddle contents then add Woodford Reserve, Red Raspberry Puree and ice. Shake then double strain into chilled, iced rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig. | |
| For the Vanilla Bean Grenadine: | |
| • | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 cup sugar |
| • | 1 split half vanilla bean |
| Method for the Vanilla Bean Grenadine: | |
| Simply add 1 cup of Pomegranate Concentrate and 1 cup of sugar to a sauce pan. Add 1 split half of vanilla bean and press bean with muddler. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and reduce for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Double strain and store for later use. | |
