| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. simple syrup |

| 1. | Salt rim of a Collins glass. |
| 2. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
