- ¼ oz. Point Reyes Cheese TomaTruffle
- 1 slice Brooklyn Cured LLC Finocchiona
Method for Black Currant Finocchiona Crostini:
- Layer the ingredients in the following order: CaPeachio’s Water Cracker, Brooklyn Cured LLC Finocchiona, Point Reyes Cheese TomaTruffle and The Perfect Purée Black Currant puree.
