  1. Layer the ingredients in the following order: CaPeachio’s Water Cracker, Brooklyn Cured LLC Finocchiona, Point Reyes Cheese TomaTruffle and The Perfect Purée Black Currant puree.
  2. Repeat for as many crostini as you would like and enjoy!
