1 drink

Gino Catenacci, Owner of Gino's Vino in Austin, TX

    • 1 oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
    • 2 oz. vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • Dash of simple syrup
    • Sparkling wine (to top)
    • Dry ice
    • Garnish: orange slice
Method:
1. Pack the bottom of a martini glass with about one inch of dry ice, smoothing the surface. The dry ice will keep the drink cold and bubble for about 20 minutes. Fill a 16 oz. glass shaker or pilsner glass to the top with ice and add ingredients through simple syrup. Shake well and strain over the martini glass with dry ice, stopping about an inch from the top. Fill to the rim with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange slice.
