| • | 1/2 oz. St. Germain |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | Chili piquin salt rim |

| 1. | In a mixing glass, add all ingredients with ice, shake vigorously and serve over the rocks. Garnish with an orange slice. Serve. |
