50 serving batch recipe:
• 2.5 liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
• 3 jars The Perfect Purée Blood Orange, thawed
• 15 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon, thawed
• 30 oz. simple syrup
• 50 oz. water
100 serving batch recipe:
• 4 liters Tequila Cazadores Blanco
• 4 jars The Perfect Purée Blood Orange, thawed
• 1 jar The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon, thawed
• 60 oz. simple syrup
• 100 oz. water
Method: In a large container combine all the ingredients below, stir well and serve over ice.
