• | 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Blood Orange Vodka |
• | 1/2 oz. Campari |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | Splash of Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth |
• | Dash of simple syrup |
• | Dash of freshly squeezed blood orange juice |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. |
2. | Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. |
3. | Garnish with blood orange slice and serve. |
Experiment with quantities of the last three ingredients to get the sweet and sour ratio to your liking. |
