| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | Cubed ice as needed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. tequila |
| • | 4 oz. orange juice |
| • | Cocktail straw and orange wedge for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Mix water with Blood Orange Concentrate and pour into a chilled highball glass. Cover with ice. |
| 2. | Stir or shake tequila with orange juice and ice and gently strain into glass. |
| 3. | Stir once with cocktail straw and garnish with orange wedge. |
