• | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1 cup sliced grilled papaya |
• | 1 cup plain yogurt |
• | 4 each large egg yolks |
• | 3 cups manufacturing cream |
• | 1 cup whole milk |
• | 2 cups white sugar |
• | 1 tbsp. maple |
Method: | |
Place all ingredients into a bain marie and cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes. Next place all ingredients into a blender and lightly puree smooth, strain and allow mixture to cool. Place mixture into ice cream machine and follow manufacturers recommendations. Allow the ice to freeze for 2 hours before serving. | |
