Blueberry and Grilled Papaya Helado

1 cup The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, thawed
1 cup sliced grilled papaya
1 cup plain yogurt
4 each large egg yolks
3 cups manufacturing cream
1 cup whole milk
2 cups white sugar
1 tbsp. maple
Place all ingredients into a bain marie and cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes. Next place all ingredients into a blender and lightly puree smooth, strain and allow mixture to cool. Place mixture into ice cream machine and follow manufacturers recommendations. Allow the ice to freeze for 2 hours before serving.
