• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
• | Creamy maple syrup |
• | Island bitters |
• | Crème de Mûre Pearls |

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with orange peel. |
