Bramble Snow Cone

    • 1 oz. London Dry Gin
    • 1/2 oz. Crème de mûre
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Method:
1. Combine and stir all ingredients with cubed ice. Strain into paper cone filled with shaved ice. Stir once more and pack rounded top with shaved ice. Zest with lemon. Garnish with whole blackberry and a long, wide straw.
Note:
In order to account for dilution and richness, these classic cocktail recipes have been adjusted to fit in common 8oz paper cones. For full sized, cubed ice based cocktails in glassware, increase recipes by 1.5x-2x for each ingredient to taste.
