Ingredients for Camu Camu Collins:
• 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
 • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Camu Camu Puree, thawed
 • 1 oz. simple syrup
 • ½ oz. lemon juice
 • Badger Bevs Tonic
 • Tastecraft Dragon Fruit crumble for garnish
Method for Camu Camu Collins:
Combine all ingredients except tonic in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over rocks. Top with tonic and garnish with Tastecraft Dragon Fruit.
