• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. Ginger Mix |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
For the Ginger Mix: | |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 2 oz. sugar |
• | 4 oz. water |
Method for the Ginger Mix: | |
1. | Add all ingredients in a saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and set aside. |
Method for the cocktail: | |
1. | Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into glass. |
