• | 1/2 oz. pomegranate syrup |
• | 1/2 egg white |
• | Brûléed kumquat wheels (garnish) |
Method for the Passion Fruit/OJ blend: | |
3 parts The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate to 1 part each freshly squeezed orange juice and simple syrup. | |

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with brûléed kumquat wheels on a pick. |
