    • 1 oz. Crown Royal
    • 1 oz. Aperol (bitter orange and herbal liqueur)
    • 1 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit/OJ blend
    • 1/2 oz. pomegranate syrup
    • 1/2 egg white
    • Brûléed kumquat wheels (garnish)
Method for the Passion Fruit/OJ blend:
3 parts The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate to 1 part each freshly squeezed orange juice and simple syrup.
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with brûléed kumquat wheels on a pick.
