• | 1 oz. Meyer Lemon Vodka |
• | 3/4 oz. Lychee Liqueur |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur |
• | 1/2 lime |
• | soda water |
• | Hawaiian lava sugar |
• | Himalayan salt |
Method: | |
1. | Apply Hawaiian lava sugar and Himalayan salt to rim of glass, add ice and set aside. Combine all ingredients except soda into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker. Pour into glass with rimmer and top with soda. Serve. |
