• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
• | 1/8 tsp. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |

1. | Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. |
