| • | 2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. Worcestershire sauce |
| • | 3 garlic cloves, chopped |
| • | 3 cilantro sprigs, chopped |
| • | 1 tsp. adobo chipotle chiles, chopped |
| • | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| • | 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper |
| • | 3 lbs. flank steak |
