| • | 1 1/2 oz. Pyrat Rum |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. mint leaves |
| • | 2 limes, sliced |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Splash soda |
| Method: | |
| In a pint glass add the mint and limes and muddle/mash them together. Pour the rum, caramelized pineapple and syrup (no soda) into a martini shaker & shake all ingredients together feverishly. Pour over ice in a wine glass and top off with a splash of soda. | |
