Ingredients for Chai Blood Orange Spice:
- 1 ½ oz. Grey Goose L’orange
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
- 5 oz. chai (hot)
- 5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Fresh ground nutmeg
- Whipped cream
Method for Chai Blood Orange Spice:
- In a coffee mug, add 5 oz. of boiling water and one chai tea bag. Steep and remove the tea bag. Add Grey Goose L’orange, Blood Orange Concentrate, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Stir, top with whipped cream, sprinkle nutmeg, and finish with an orange zest.
