Ingredients for Cherry Limeade:
• (2) 1.75 liters vodka
• 2 quarts simple syrup
• 2 liters The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed
• 1 ½ liters lime juice
• 8 quarts water

Method Cherry Limeade:
Combine all ingredients in an 18-quart Cambro and keep refrigerated until use.
