    • 2 oz. Purity Vodka
    • 2 oz. SakeOne Oxidized Coconut Lemongrass Nigori Saké
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • Grilled pineapple (for garnish)
Method:
Blend vodka, Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate and Coconut Puree with SakeOne Oxidized Moonstone Coconut Lemongrass Nigori Saké; and one cup of ice in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into serving glass. Garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple.
