Chicken Club with Yuzu Miso Aioli

Ingredients for Chicken Club with Yuzu Miso Aioli:
• 2 slices toasted bread
• 2 ½ oz. grilled chicken breast or tenders
• 2 slices crispy bacon
• 2 slices thick tomato
• ½ oz. lettuce
• ½ oz. Yuzu Juniper Thyme Miso Aioli

Ingredients for Yuzu Juniper Thyme Miso Aioli:
• 1 part The Perfect Purée Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup
• 1 part soy sauce
• 1 part white miso paste
• 4 parts roasted garlic
• 4 parts mayonnaise

Method for Yuzu Juniper Thyme Miso Aioli:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Reserve until ready to use.

Method for Chicken Club with Yuzu Miso Aioli:
Spread Yuzu Juniper Thyme Miso Aioli on the toasted bread. Layer with grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. Close the sandwich and serve.
