| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | chipotle salt (rimmer) |
| • | lime (garnish) |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and serve over the rocks into a chipotle salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime. Serve. |
