Chip(otle) Off the Ol’ Block

    • 2 oz. Macchu Pisco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour Blend,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3/4 oz. 1:1 simple syrup
    • pinch of chipotle chili powder
    • egg white
    • 3 dashes Amargo Chinco Bitters
    • lemon twist (garnish)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into tin. Dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Double strain over ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
