Chipotle Sour Sauce

2-3 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
8-10 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. fine diced red onion
1 tbsp. adobo sauce from the Chipotle canned peppers
1/2 tsp. of cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. of cilantro
1 tbsp. of lime juice
1/2 tsp. of lime zest
1. Mix everything.
2. Season to taste.
3. Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours or overnight to set the cream and let flavors develop. Drizzle on tacos, burritos and sandwiches.
