Ingredients for Perfect Puree Clear Pear Caramel Sauce:
• 150 grams sugar
• 48 grams water
• 139 grams The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
Method for Perfect Puree Clear Pear Caramel Sauce:
Make a light caramel out of sugar and water. Remove from heat. Slowly add Pear puree. Stir until smooth. Store at room temperature or in the fridge.
