Ingredients:
- 4 cups The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
- 4 cups Basmati rice
- 4 cups Water
- 4 tbsp. Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp. Curry powder
- 2 tsp. Salt
Method:
- Rinse rice in a bowl under cold water until water runs clear. Add ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir and fluff rice. Let stand for 5 minutes.
