• | 4 cups The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
• | 4 cups basmati rice |
• | 4 cups water |
• | 4 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated |
• | 3 tbsp. curry powder |
• | 2 tsp. salt |
Method: | |
1. | Rinse rice in a bowl under cold water until water runs clear. Add ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir and fluff rice. Let stand 5 minutes. |
