Coconut Curried Rice

    • 4 cups The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree,  thawed
    • 4 cups basmati rice
    • 4 cups water
    • 4 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
    • 3 tbsp. curry powder
    • 2 tsp. salt
1. Rinse rice in a bowl under cold water until water runs clear. Add ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir and fluff rice. Let stand 5 minutes.
