• | 3/4 cup The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed |
• | 30 Simple & Crisp Apple Crisps and Pear Crisps |
• | 8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
• | 3 oz. herbed goat cheese |
• | 1 1/2 lbs. Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast |
• | 1 small box micro greens, washed and dried |
Method: | |
1. | In a bowl, using a rubber spatula mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese with 3 oz. herbed goat cheese until well combined. Add into piping bag and set aside. |
2. | Slice large pieces (but smaller than size of crisp) of Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast. |
3. | Pipe or spread cream cheese mixture onto crisps, approx. 1 tbsp. |
4. | Add turkey slice on top of cheese mixture, the cheese will hold the turkey in place. |
5. | Add some Cranberry Puree on top of turkey slice – does not have to be exact, approx. 1 tsp. |
6. | Garnish with a few micro greens and freshly cracked pepper. |
