Crimson & Clover Cocktail

    • 1 1/2 oz. Fleurette Vermilion Gin
    • 1/2 oz. creme de cassis
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree
    • 1 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/4 oz. clove simple syrup
Mist chilled coup glass with rose water. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Double strain into the coupe glass and serve without garnish.
