• | 1/2 oz. creme de cassis |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree |
• | 1 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/4 oz. clove simple syrup |

Mist chilled coup glass with rose water. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Double strain into the coupe glass and serve without garnish. |
