| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |

| Combine Yuzu Luxe Sour and Square One into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a tall glass and top with soda. Give it a light stir and serve with a straw and a cucumber slice. | |
