| • | 1 oz. Captain Morgan Private Stock |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed |
| • | ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed |
| • | ½ oz. simple syrup |
| • | 5 dashes Peychaud’s Aromatic Cocktail Bitters |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients (except bitters) in cocktail shaker filled of ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. |
| 3. | Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with bitters and serve. |
