| • | 2 oz. Angel’s Envy |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. white peach (muddle) |
| • | 6 mint leaves (muddle) |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Peach and mint (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except bourbon in mixing tin. Muddle peaches and mint lightly. Add bourbon. Shake vigorously 15-20 times, and double strain over crushed ice. Garnish with peach and mint. Use a julep mug, or copper mug for ultimate cocktail. |
