• | 1 1/2 oz. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey |
• | 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
• | 3 tsp. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1/8 lemon, juiced |
• | Handful of mint leaves |
• | Dash of cinnamon |
• | 1/2 oz. club soda |
• | Lemon wedge (garnish) |
Method: | |
Muddle the mint in the lemon and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients except for club soda and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge. | |
