| • | 1 1/2 oz. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey |
| • | 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
| • | 3 tsp. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/8 lemon, juiced |
| • | Handful of mint leaves |
| • | Dash of cinnamon |
| • | 1/2 oz. club soda |
| • | Lemon wedge (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| Muddle the mint in the lemon and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients except for club soda and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge. | |
