    • 1 1/2 oz. Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
    • 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
    • 3 tsp. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
    • 1/8 lemon, juiced
    • Handful of mint leaves
    • Dash of cinnamon
    • 1/2 oz. club soda
    • Lemon wedge (garnish)
Muddle the mint in the lemon and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients except for club soda and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.
