| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | top with black tea |

| 1. | In a mixing glass combine all the ingredients except tea, add ice and shake. Serve over the rocks in a tall glass and top with tea. Garnish with lemon wheel. |
