2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. agave syrup
Cinnamon foam
Method:
Add ingredients into shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into a highball glass and top with cinnamon foam.
