• | Prosecco |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3 dashes Bittermens Tiki Bitters |
• | 1 dash of simple syrup added to the concentrate |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime |

1. | Shake all ingredients except for prosecco and garnish with ice and strain into champagne flute. Add prosecco and garnish with grapefruit peel. |
