    • 3/4 oz. Aperol
    • Prosecco
    •  3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 3 dashes Bittermens Tiki Bitters
    • 1 dash of simple syrup added to the concentrate
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime
1. Shake all ingredients except for prosecco and garnish with ice and strain into champagne flute. Add prosecco and garnish with grapefruit peel.
